Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal at Kapable Apparel is to provide our customers with an above and beyond customer experience when shopping on kapableapparel.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your item please file a claim for return or exchange within 15 days of the original delivery date. Attention: All Items Must Be Unwashed, Unworn with the Original Tags Attached To Qualify for a Return or Exchange. In addition all items will be inspected prior to a return or exchange being issued.
- You will be responsible for all postage on any returns or exchanges (unless defective, miss shipped or damaged during shipping then see special instructions)
- Special Instructions – Please file a claim with Kapable Apparel if your item is defective, miss shipped or damaged during shipping. After receiving your claim email we will provide a prepaid return label for U.S. customers to retrieve the item. International customers please contact customer service at email@example.com for return and exchange process.
- Please contact us for a return or exchange requests at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization. All returned or exchanged items will be received and inspected by our warehouse prior to a return or exchange being processed. Please include your order # and reason for return. (If damaged, miss shipped or damaged during shipping please provide pictures of the issue) All return or exchanged items will be done so for an instore credit only or exchanged for the amount equaling the original purchase price minus any shipping or delivery fees.
- A return or exchange claim must be received by Kapable Apparel within 15 days from original delivery date of the item. If a claim isn’t received within the first 15 days it is no longer available for return or exchange.
We do not offer refunds, all items will be returned for the original purchase price for an in store credit only on a future purchase or exchanged for the original purchase price. Please note that returns or exchanges do not include original shipping and delivery fees.
To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product. You can contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling 714-486-8541. Once we have received the product and the return has been inspected and processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or the in-store credit to your account.
